Lillian Curry, President of Angelico Violins,
Inc. is a professional violinist of over 40 years.
She is married to Donald Curry.
She started playing with the Symphony
at 15 years of age.
She is currently an active member of the Virginia Symphony Orchestra under
the direction of Maestro JoAnne Faletta.
Lillian Curry gives personal attention to each and every customers order.
She understands the language of music.
Lillian Curry grew up with four sisters, all professionally trained musicians like herself.
She has devoted her life to performing music. From playing Quintet and Chamber music with her sisters to her current
40 year devotion to the Virginia Symphony and the Virginia Opera Orchestra. She has played in Carnegie Hall,
The Kennedy Center, and Chrysler Hall.
Lillian Curry has performed on the same stage, with such artists, as Isaac
Stern, Yoyo Ma, Mirdavilli, Joshua Bell, Van Cliburn, Demetri Rostapovich, Helen Hannah, Kenny Rogers, Johnny Mathis, Robert Goulet, Itzhak Perlman, Marvin Hamlish, and many, many others.
